KinderCrowdControl™ "Selah"
The long anticipated release of brilliant new material by the song writing partnership of Adam Elesh and Brett Smith is here.
A new recording technology, heralded by a certain Mitch Steele, enabled a novel writing approach welcomed by the two. In a matter of just over a year, the finish of an ongoing body of fits-and-starts work was accomplished. It is in whole thanks to Mitch that this body of work has come to fruition. Adam's riff-based ideas, and Brett's complimentary mega-bass orchestration were given wings.
"Selah" (From the ancient Hebrew. Occurs innumerable times in the Psalms; an interlude or pause in singing voices, while the instruments perform alone. A pause in order to reflect.)
This numbered first edition of 1000 copies is beautifully designed by 56design, and we are excited to be working, once again, with the one and only Bruce Licher (of Independent Project/Nate Starkman & Son fame) who printed this fabulous package out of his Licher Art & Design/Independent Project Press shop in Bishop, California. Anybody who has seen anything by Bruce will know his letterpress work is unsurpassed in quality, craftmanship, and beauty.
We are confident that you will find this release well worth the wait. Needless to say, we are as excited as we can be; and this is only the beginning...
